refactor: normalize project structure

Issue

Every bot is supposed to be deployed separately. This is currently not really considered because of the mono repo structure, bots depend on files outside of their project structure.

Motivation

Every bot is supposed to be deployed separately as they are separate code bases.

Solution

• The project located here should be removed.
• Each bot should have its own configuration (Telegram for example has different embed syntax)
• The bots depend on HelperClient outside of their project structure. An NPM package should be published to GitHub Packages.

• 3 : Consider CI/CD for each bot separately
