feat(patch): hide chat and viewer count on livestream by default

Right now viewer count and chat are shown by default on livestreams, which can be annoying for some people (me).

Patch

Option to hide viewer count and chat by default on livestreams (as if i pressed "chat" button which does the same thing).

Motivation

It's a bit annoying hiding it manually every time.

You can hide the chat already.

@oSumAtrIX livestream chat can be hidden only manually, which is tiring and that's the reason i opened this.

Thanks, i didn't realized that "disable player popup panels" is what i needed to turn on.
