feat(Twitch): Add 3rd party emote support

Issue

Adds the functionality of being able to see and use 3rd party emotes on the native twitch app.

Patch

I would like BTTV, FFZ and 7TV emotes to be both seen and used in the native app with sections in the emote picker box.

Here is a list of things I would like to see:

• BTTV, FFZ and 7TV
• See the emotes in chat
• Use the emotes via the native emote picker (if possible)
• Have sections for each of the emote providers in the emote picker ( just like if your subbed to someone, if possible)
• See when emotes have been added to specific channels (only 7TV and BTTV do this natively)

Motivation

There are a lot of people that already use those emotes on pc and I dare say there are also people that would like to use them on mobile too.

It also saves having to use 3rd party apps that already have emote support as most of those apps either look like they are really old, are barely kept up to date or have a very unintuitive UI, most of which also don't block ads like Twitch reVanced does.
