feat: Bitwarden premium bypass

Feature description

Bypasses TOTP premium requirement as it's client-sided.

Motivation

I don't use any of Bitwarden's premium features apart from TOTP, you can store the codes but can't view the generated code unless you have premium therefore the need for this patch.

I plan to create this patch myself if revanced is fine with merging it.

I don't see how a patch that only bypasses payment is an exception, when every other pirate patch request was also closed.

Eventually patches like this can be hosted on a different repo, if someone else wants to take on the risk of publishing it.

I want to add that putting the TOTP token in the same PW manager is just putting all the eggs into a single basket, defeating the whole idea of 2FA

For many of us, we don't use 2FA for the security gain, we use it because we're forced to, if I had the choice I wouldn't have 2FA enabled
