Add external download button for shorts, as these should be downloadable as well. It can be placed below share button

I want to save favourite shorts videos to my device, or share with my friends without posting just a link to a short

It's not ideal and is a lot of clicking, but the share menu can be used to open the Short with NewPipe or whatever downloader you use.
