feat(YouTube - SponsorBlock): Show the skip segment button a longer time before hiding

Feature description

Allow the ability to customize the duration that the SponsorBlock skip segment button is shown, or even just show it for the entire duration of the segment.

Motivation

I like to keep auto skip off, because sometimes I like to watch some sponsored segments, but I don't know the youtubers I want to watch, so I don't use the blacklist feature. This means that I use the button to skip sponsored segments. The problem? The button goes away before I get a chance to press it, making me have to either skip the segment myself, or go back to the beginning of the segment to get the button to show up. It would make my life, and most likely others, if the duration that the skip segment button is shown, is longer than 5 seconds, or just shown for the entire segment.

You can turn off the hiding of the skip button.

Go to SB settings and turn off Automatically hide skip button

I don't know how I missed that when going through the settings before creating this, and all the times I've searched for an option like that. Thanks!
