bug(YouTube Music): Permanent Shuffle does not really shuffle

Bug description

So on the suggested version of youtube music (7.03.52), the permanent shuffle patch doesn't reay do what's supposed to do. When you enable shuffle on one playlist it obviously works, but then when you switch to another playlist it goes by default order again even though the shuffle button shows it's turned on.

Reproducing should be pretty straightforward:

1. enable shuffle on a playlist
2. switch to another playlist/reset the app
3. go from the beginning and see if the songs are going in random or default order

If you want for now, you can try patching older versions of YT Music until you find a version that works (you'll need to uninstall the patched YT Music each time since the install is a version downgrade).

Presumably the patch was working and a recent app update broke it and nobody noticed.
