Bug description

This occurs on all videos. Disabling Return YouTube dislike does not help. In addition, view count isn't there either.

Mine working , likes and dislikes count appear here, no issue at all. Using 19.16.39, patched with dev patches. 'Spoof streams video' also turned off. Maybe it's A/B test or server sided (Google could prepare something big in next YouTube update or so)
