bug: Swipe controls / Double tap issue

Bug description

When one of the swipe controls (brightness or volume) is disabled, the double-tap gesture doesn't work on the side of the disabled function

Steps to reproduce:

1. Disable either the volume or brightness control in the Swipe controls settings.

2. Open a video in full-screen mode.

3. Attempt to double-tap on the side where the control is disabled.

   ---

   Expected behavior: The double-tap should work on both sides regardless of swipe control settings

The taps work when swipe gesture is disabled on either side.

I can reproduce it on my 2 devices

(This also affects swiping down to exit fullscreen mode)
