bug(YouTube): Shorts dislike button is always hidden

Bug description

When using 19.34 or later, some YouTube accounts do not show the dislike button on any Shorts.

This happens with both patched and unpatched YouTube.

This is an issue with YouTube itself.

Not sure if this is a temporary bug or if YT is experimenting with entirely removing disliking.

It is likely an intended experiment. I've picked that up somewhere as well. The easily solution is to format the label of the like button

[LisoUseInAIKyrios]

The issue is fixed if version spoofing is enabled and the spoof target 19.16.37 is used (must manually edit the import settings).
