feat(YouTube - SponsorBlock): SponsorBlock channel autoskip whitelist

Issue

Some channels have particularly entertaining or useful sponsorblock segments. I don't want to resolve this by setting the segments to "Show a skip button" because that will affect all videos, even though I usually want it to skip automatically.

Patch

Add the option to whitelist sponsorblock from specific channels or to be able to change the behavior of sponsorblock for whitelisted/favorited channels. For example, you'd be able to set segments to show a skip button in whitelisted/favorited channels while still skipping automatically for non-whitelisted channels).

The patch would work nicely with https://github.com/ReVanced/revanced-patches/issues/2037 (to add a whitelisting feature for ads).

Doesn't that exist already? You can choose to -Skip Automatically -Skip Automatically Once -Show a Skip Button -Show in Seekbar

If you choose Skip Automatically Once you can go back after it skipped unlike Skipp Automatically wherein it won't let you watch the skipped part and will always skip it.
