This is result of a option to swap places with notification button and so i wonder if its possible to hide this button or relocate it to account settings

You can disable switching the buttons and hide the create button.

This is not what i was thinking about. The way i suggested for it be done is to be able to hide the upload button and switch its places at the same time

I still have this issue (v19.11.43, patches v4.8.3).

No, I don't.

I also tested completely re-installing (now with v19.16.39, patches v4.9.0) and the button is still shown.
