feat(patch): Export\lmport settings (including sponsorblock's)

Issue

Having to manually set everything up after reinstalling the app for any reason (like testing). Or after installing on a noob friend's or family's phone.

Patch

An option at the ReVanced settings menu to export current settings to a file. And another one to import (and apply) settings from that file. I believe the Manager itself already has a similar feature. I'm talking about the ReVanced YouTube App specifically.

Motivation

It will be a useful improvement for many people I believe.

Import/export was recently added. It's currently on the pre-release (dev branch), and soon it will be merged to a regular release.
