fix: Correct <Button> semantics by not wrapping the content

• don't wrap the whole thing in a <button>, instead just have it directly specific reason: accessibility and cleanness
• remove restProps specific reason: unused, lets old stuff sneak through
• overall: slightly reduce bundle size
