Create a list of all resources used for this project.

Acceptable criteria:

• [ ] Name of resource.
• [ ] Purpose of the resource.
• [ ] Where to find the resource, or how to find this resource.
• [ ] Contact info of the resource.
• [ ] License needed - if yes - which one?
• [ ] Is this resources approved?

I have not put an estimate on this issue due to the fact that this is an issue that will be ongoing as long as the project lasts.
