Colab Quickstart Improvements

Adding new Datasets/Applications:

• [ ] Addition of new datasets and examples into the colab

Example of utilizing config.json:

• [ ] Adding example utilizing an exploration/config.json file with run_experiments.py
• [ ] Creation of plots automatically showing comparisons of various settings.

CSV Example Specific:

• [ ] Setting the starting value for the sample.py for extrapolation.
• [ ] Utilization of an arbitrary csv file.
