Description

This PR achieves the following:

Removes hard-coded themes and fetches themes from backend instead
Shifts themes search logic to backend api
Cleans up code and moves common logic into hooks
Adds code comments for more clarity
Adds several todo comments for ease of follow-up

Closes #23

What is the proposed approach?

Listing a couple of approaches taken:

Added a hook to fetch themes from backend API instead
Passed search query to backend api for handling searches
Comments added as required (either for documentation or noting todo tasks)
Added new .env.development containing variables for frontend developers to interact with the backend test environment
