[Task] Create Mockup for Login Page #41

Task Description: Create a mockup for the login page as part of the epic task #11

Deliverable(s): A completed mockup for the login page, styled consistently with the rest of the website.

Additional Context: The current gallery website has no login page, and users are automatically redirected to login with GitHub. However, it'll be great to be inclusive and add support for OAuth login with other providers as well (e.g. Gmail). With that said, having a login page to allow users to choose the provider will be necessary. The mockup should thus cater for possible providers (undetermined, exploration work needed for choice of providers).

Developers/designers working on the mockups should reach out to each other and have a consensus on the desired styles for the pages to ensure cohesiveness & consistency across the website.
