Resolve RN Android library to 0.65.1 following 4/11/22 Maven repo update that uses the conflicting 0.71.x
Updated ViroConstants to ViroTrackingStateConstants
npm uninstall eslint (there could be a less violent way of keeping it)

Should be fixed by #64 when it gets merged in. If you have an android phone, it would be greatly appreciated to help me with #64!
