DFT_QCI_thermo not distributed or documented #110

Just opening this issue so we don't forget: Commit a4fc0617ba32c8475f1e832277c5dd68e1e0bbb6 (in which I remove C2O2 from the primaryThermoLibrary) is only a sensible one if we publish and promote the better thermo library. If we don't then it should be reverted before the next release.

The immediate problem of C2O2 being removed from the primaryThermoLibrary has been resolved by ff9031db340c4736a61280163cf6abb25aaf0d24 and more generally the merge commit d4938891ea1640a5c8833b99504e3e4b35d36b83.

However, I'm leaving this issue open until DFT_QCI is documented and distributed.
