Change Documentation GHA to use Default Profule instead of RMGDev #2582

The RMG Dev profile is used to push our documentation right now (formerly also did testing stuff) but GitHub has put new rules in place that will require 2FA. Rather than set that up, we should change the publish action to use the default GitHub actions profile.
