I think this now works, and we have RMG regression tests working for RMG-Py, RMG-database, and linked dual pull requests from either side (i.e. it'll run tests and report to whichever side had the most recent push).
I did the development on master as that's the only way to test it, but then reset master and turned this into a pull request, so somebody can review it.
