AdMob SDK>=7.44.0 will disable RACObserve in ReactiveObjC for a while when app start #165

AdMob SDK>=7.44.0 will disable RACObserve in ReactiveObjC for a while when app start. Especially it appears every time when the phone is in bad network. But everything is normal in AdMob SDK<7.44.0.
