[Suggestion] Create lobby enhancment

Ive been playing for some time and thought the create lobby menu could be more friendly to hosts.

  1. Keep last choice for player number and difficulty.

  2. Increase the max player number in the menu. Perhaps add 12 and 16-players options to allow player watching and queuing.

  3. Add some quick server settings, such as auto fast restart and force readymark. Type commands in console are annoying.

if possible, could you please add camera shake toggle option.
