Power Plant has a lot of map ammo and medkits to compensate for its length, including 200% uniammo for last 1.5 hordes;
the unsplit version of High Tension and Crucial Point has 100% universal ammo, 1 autogun ammo, 1 medkit, 5 freez and like 5 heal beacons between the missions (although few teams have the IQ to get beacons or freez despite me screaming about them in chat...);
and the late part of arguably longer AMBER Complex only provides one full ammo box 2/3 through the last mission, hidden where no nube ever would reach. The last normally reachable box is before the massive horde at the end of mission 2.
tl;dr: the correlation between enemy amounts and free ammo in Amber is not good and dooms too many teams, and this is without taking challenges into account. Would be nice to add an extra ammo crate near the beginning of mission 3, maybe even two, or/and to greatly reduce the risk of taking the already existing one - everyone just assumes it's a decoration due to no visible path.
The split version is probably okay as-is as it is started with full ammo with the opportunity to take more specialized rush loadouts, plus the teslas at the final data download.
And maybe tighten the Amber speedrun requirement by at least a minute... At first seeing those 8 minutes in achievement's requirements have demotivated me from trying. Days later I try aaand lolwut, 4:37.
