Lobby screen's short hover-over stats display shows nothing for turrets #788

After the

gonna rip out the logic for the lobby screen weapon stats and make it load from the swarmopedia today hopefully that way if the information is wrong it's only wrong in one way rather than two

update, lobby hovertips no longer show any stats for turrets. IAF Generic Empty Placeholder "IAF Generic Empty Placeholder". Damage, firerate and capacity should still be applicable.
