docs(migration): merged master of rxjs into docs #328
I merged the rxjs master into the docs project. I had to change the version of lint-stage due to windows related bugs.

In the package json there was a change for the repository informations. It used to be https config and
was changed to git.... is there any special reason for this, because this breaks the documentation build for
some reason
