Updates for dev.readalong-format branch in Web-Component #47

I've cherry-picked your shepherd commit and fixed the other dependencies within Nx : https://github.com/ReadAlongs/Studio-Web/pull/44 - we are going to merge these into main asap, and then we can look at pulling in other commits here, presumably ecc1186
