[FEAT]: Create Metadata like Sonarr/Radarr does. Book cover jpgs in particular. #1363

I use Emby for my eBook library and in order for a book cover to show up as a thumbnail, there needs to be a jpg alongside it.

Sonarr and Radarr have a similar feature under Settings>Metadata that can be enabled to create metadata files during import. Screenshot attached.

Describe the solution you'd like

Could you please replicate Sonarr/Radarr's metadata creation feature under Settings>Metadata so that Readarr creates a book cover as a jpg next to the eBook file.

Possible naming convention options:

ebookname.epub
ebookname.jpg
ebookname-cover.jpg
ebookname-poster.jpg

I don't use nfo files, but may aswell replicate this too while we're here for others.

Describe alternatives you've considered

At the moment I've taken to extracting book cover jpgs manually.

I would like to have this feature as well. I tried to have Calibre get the images, but it recreates the library and messes up all the folder names.
