Driver wont load. #2

In the steam vr console:

oculus_to_steamvr: Activating OculusToSteamVR...
oculus_to_steamvr: Failed to initalize OVR. Code -3008. Attempt 1/3.
oculus_to_steamvr: Failed to initalize OVR. Code -3008. Attempt 2/3.
oculus_to_steamvr: Failed to initalize OVR. Code -3008. Attempt 3/3.
error VRInitError_Driver_Failed when initing driver oculus_to_steamvr from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SteamVR\drivers\oculus_to_steamvr\bin\win64\driver_oculus_to_steamvr.dll.
Unable to load driver oculus_to_steamvr because of error VRInitError_Driver_Failed(200). Skipping.

Specs:

os: win 11 64 bit
hmd: hp reverb g2
cpu: ryzen 7 7700 X
ram: 32GB DDR5
gpu: radeon RX 6800 XT

Yeah I recall this happening and I wasn't sure why. There is another driver ccalled oculus touch link which does work. This repo was meant to be a cleanup of that, I am trying to work on this again as of today so hopefully I can make something work again
