Changed language around engineering community engagement. #100

This language change avoids the implication of SE's needing a "personal brand", and focuses more on the attributes we want them to demonstrate.

Addresses #73

Yep - I wouldn’t remove it since they are a list of possible examples. If we make everything super generic they lose all specificity and they become less useful for people. For instance, is losing the list of examples (e.g. blogging etc.) in this PR an issue here (putting aside the fact I think that list could be improved), or is it obvious?

I like the idea of removing the OS line, but I'd be curious to hear what @robdmoorehttps://apac01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fgithub.com%2Frobdmoore&data=02%7C01%7Crob.moore%40readify.net%7C7b24b3c98d714516b0c108d59f3395e1%7C413504eb862247d2aa72ddbba4584471%7C0%7C0%7C636589966267145133&sdata=mz%2FCfe60baepedbm0oDOzxUCqIQMd6KzOm6LUWnLdqE%3D&reserved=0 thinks about it.

One thing to keep in mind that the list are "examples" they aren't a definitive list of what to do. Some will apply to some people in a role and not others.

It might be fair to say that OS contribution is one way an SE can be reviewed against.
