[Meta] Cleaning out stale issues

There are a number of issues on this repo that have gone dormant, and are increasing signal-to-noise without adding value.

The issues in question are:

• 54 by @rbanks54

• 90 by @mjhilton

• 92 by @robdmoore (this one just eeks in)

Could the respective owners either:

• Close them off with a summary
• Move towards resolving them (ideally via a PR)
• Do nothing, and I will close those without further activity on June 30
