D&A titles have been changed with Readify to be more consistent with Readify as a whole. This change just reflects titles already being used, and was requested by Assoc Dir D&A (Martina).

I'm always happy with removing layers and reducing number of titles. So as long as Analysts and Senior Analysts are happy with using these titles - :shipit:
