Initiating internal communications (managing up) #12

I'm thinking we need to round out some of the soft skills, in particular the 'managing up' part of the skills.

We currently have in the SD role: "I am good at recognising problems outside the scope of my work and eagerly get involved in improving our product, our environment and our processes."

For the SC role, do we need something like "I recognise problems with my team, my engagement and/or my customer and engage with relevant Account Managers, People Managers, LC/PCs as needed"? Maybe under the team skillz section.
