upgrade to netCDF-Java to v5 beta3 #111

This PR makes updates netCDF-java to the latest beta as well as modifications to the edal-java codebase to handle API changes introduced while making ConvertMissing a first-class enhancement. See this comment and associated PR for more details. The tests pass, so that's a good sign :-)

Any chance we could get a 1.4.2-SNAPSHOT? If not, I can publish one locally.
