Support GeoTiffs #14

It would be nice if we could support GeoTiffs - i.e. TIFF images which have metadata to georeference them. Not sure where it would be best for this functionality to live. Probably edal-graphics

GeoTIFFs are yet another data format like netcdf, and I guess if new formats are added then these should live in separate packages or in some module which is dedicated to supporting all formats. EDIT: edal-graphics is probably not the right place
