Separate Godiva3 guide #20

Currently the Godiva3 guide is included in the ncWMS user guide. It should ideally be separated out, enhanced with images, and linked to from the Godiva3.html page

gitbook integration means that this would be impractical. However, the new Godiva3 guide (still part of the ncWMS guide) has now been linked to from Godiva3. Closing
