Table tools for upgrades #7

Scripting is now out of date after roll out of improved feature selection in the main table editor.

The standalone (no map) table tools use a cut down version of the main file (results.php).

To fix will require a comparison of the two versions and updating of the outdated one.

Standalone scripting needs updated but the bug preventing the page from loading has now been fixed.
