`/task` command to show assignee task details

Create a command /task to show the task details of the assignee

Overview

For tracking the task of the assignee we are going to use /task username . It will give task details of ACTIVE tasks.

• It should take the username as an argument
• It will return Title: Create /task command Task Link: More Info (https://status.realdevsquad.com/tasks/:taskId) End Date: 21-08-2023
• Task Link will allow us to see the complete detail of the task which are active
• consider limiting the number of requests (pagination) Consider

Sub Issues

• 25th of august - show task detail of a user with limited size Issue(#121 )

• 30th of august - add status option and show only active tasks

• 3rd of sept - improvise (details unknown)

Acceptance criteria

• 80% of test cases covered
