Add a hyperlink(task url) in the message

Issue Description

To add a task title field in the sendUpdate util which sends updates on /task/update, which can later be used as a hyperlink.

Expected Behavior

Instead of the task URL link, we should have the task title in the first line

Current Behavior

Currently, we are directly utilizing task detail URL
