Current working solution: currently, the mention-each command supports only series (tagging all the users in one message)

To solve: Implement a list feature to mention each command

[ ] need to implement list implementation
[ ] list implementation needs to be the default behaviour to return the message from the bot
[ ] series should be optional behaviour in the command (check discord command docs for better understanding )
[ ] command should not fail and throw an Interaction failed error this could be because of rate limiting or calling the discord server immediately after the previous call due to which discord might have denied the request, exceeded character count, our Cloudflare not being able to complete the request in given execution time & etc
