Discussion for finding some solution that can help us host small rds apps which are not that actively used like online, crypto, or dashboard which are rarely used let's say for 45 mins a day, so allocating resources for those apps for the whole day is a waste of resource. So basically trying to find a way where we can use something like pay as use model or where the service can start and stop based on usage as Heroku does.
