Deploy the new members-site #192

We deploy this to our RDS vercel account and setup up https://members.realdevsquad.com/ and https://staging-members.realdevsquad.com/ with this project https://github.com/Real-Dev-Squad/members-site/tree/main

For develop branch change the build command to this: yarn build:staging

For main branch we need to change it to this: yarn build:production
