Issue Description

Discord-bot should unfurl and display the proper content of the GitHub link.

Expected Behavior

More informative previews should be created of GitHub links in messages.

Current Behavior

Discord's default previews are created which are less informative.

User stories

Discord-bot should automatically detect the link in the message, unfurl it and display the proper content of the link.

Requirements

Rust
Serenity (rust library for discord api's)
