Issue Description

This issue aims to layout the timelines for the development of the discord command to grant the AWS access (MVP)

Services involved

Website backend
Discord slash command

Timelines breakup

Website backend changes (3 days)
Discord service changes (5 days) (Haven't worked on it before)
Writing test cases (3 days) + testing on my AWS account
PR review + working on feedbacks (4 days)
Deployment (2-3 days) as this has to be done via Prakash / Tejas on prod AWS account
Prod sanity (1-2 days)

ETA - Date to go live

Around 24th or 25th Oct, assuming the deployment takes a bit of time.

Update few days back had to request 3 days of extension due to the discussions of the discord slash commands taking time and today 2 more days for the development taking more time than anticipated due to office work.

So new go live date should be 1st Nov 24
