Mavens getting listed in idle users and idle-7d+ user group inconsistent

Issue Description

Mavens are being listed as idle users on the webpage The "idle-7d+" discord user group is inconsistent. Even if some users have tasks assigned within 7 days, they are still being added in the user group as idle.

Expected Behavior

Mavens should not be considered for idle users The "idle-7d+" discord user group should get updated if a user gets a task assigned

Current Behavior

Some mavens are listed as idle users on the webpage The "idle-7d+" user group does not update on task assignment (intermittently)
