[STAGING] Share the google service json config for the notification service #2116

Issue Description

Steps to add configuration for notification service in the mobile app

  1. Add an Android app inside the Firebase app

  2. Add mobile app details

  3. Then register the app

  4. Download the Google Service json file and share it with me.

  5. I will add that to google service json file to configure the staging firebase app in RDS app.

Expected Behavior

The backend production should have the notification configuration

Current Behavior

No functionality existed

Can you please provide some more context on expected behavior? What is the expected behaviour
