fix : dropdown menu scroll movement

Issue Description

The dropdown menu moves when the members site page get scrolled, although the navbar is fixed.

Expected Behavior

The dropdown menu needs to be fixed similar as the navbar.

Current Behavior

The dropdown menu moves along when the page is scrolled.
