Issue Description

Make ProgressUpdateCard and it's component more reusable and clean

Expected Behavior

The code should be reusable

[ ] Make tooltip reusable
[ ] Make accordian reusable
[ ] Inmprove naming of component's file(try not appending Presentation in component name)
Current Behavior

Currently the code is coupled, we can make it reusable.
