User story

As a PM, I want to see all our design doc discussion doc folder wise at - realdevsquad.com/docs

Requirements:

  1. Docs will be distributed over folders and sub-folders and so on.
  2. Only members can creates new folder or add docs.
  3. Only super-users can delete doc from folder(s).
  4. For addition and delete, add logs to the audit history.
